THE concept
Authentic Eastern Mediterranean cuisine is rooted in Assembly's DNA. Each space centres around cooking on the grill. Charcoal aromas from the flaming grill envelope the skewers to produce a rich, smoky infusion. Assembly encourages guests to feast with friends, share stories and soak in the relaxed atmosphere.

Chef Athanasios’ love of authenticity, fresh and simple cuisine has shaped our dishes. Fusing Eastern Mediterranean and Levantine flavours, it represents Athanasios refreshing, light-hearted and relaxed Hellenic hospitality style. The dishes are made for sharing, grab a pitta, stuff it with grilled vegetables, smoky meat and top it with fresh salad.
